1. General

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how information about users is processed and protected in the Cabinka Look mobile application for Android (the "App") and the related virtual clothing try-on web service Cabinka, available at https://cabinka.ru (the "Service").

1.2. The data controller is the administration of the Cabinka Service (the "Operator"). You can contact the Operator by email at hello@cabinka.ru.

1.3. By using the App you accept the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with the Policy, please stop using the App.

2. What data is processed

2.1. Data the App stores locally on your device and does not send to the Operator automatically:

  • the contents of the outfit ("look") you put together: links to marketplace products, their names, prices and images;
  • technical data of the built-in browser (WebView): cookies, cache and site data of the marketplaces (Wildberries, Ozon) and the Service that you open inside the App.

2.2. Data sent to the Operator — only as a result of your explicit actions:

  • the contents of your look — when you proceed to a try-on on the Service;
  • your photo — if you upload it on the Service for a virtual try-on;
  • account data — if you sign in to the Service via third-party sign-in providers (Google, Yandex, VK): the name, email address, avatar and identifier provided by the respective provider;
  • technical data of requests to the Service: IP address, device type, user-agent data, date and time of the request — to the extent of standard web server logs.

2.3. The App does not collect your location, contacts, phone book, SMS, and does not include any third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

3. Purposes of processing

Data is processed solely for the following purposes:

  • putting together and saving looks from marketplace products;
  • performing the virtual try-on: generating an image of you wearing the selected clothes;
  • identifying you and providing access to your Service account;
  • ensuring the operation and security of, and improving, the App and the Service;
  • responding to user requests.

4. Sharing with third parties

4.1. To perform the virtual try-on, your uploaded photo and the images of the selected products are transferred to a generative image processing provider acting on the Operator's behalf. The provider processes the images only to produce the try-on result.

4.2. Uploaded images are stored in the cloud storage used by the Operator to run the Service.

4.3. When you sign in via third-party providers (Google, Yandex, VK), the processing of your data by those providers is governed by their own privacy policies.

4.4. The marketplace websites (Wildberries, Ozon) that you open in the App's built-in browser process visitor data independently under their own privacy policies. The Operator does not control such processing.

4.5. The Operator does not sell users' personal data and does not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed to competent public authorities only in the cases and manner required by applicable law.

5. Storage and security

5.1. Look data is stored on your device until you delete it (by clearing the look in the App, or by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App).

5.2. Account data and try-on results are stored on the Service until you delete the respective materials or your account.

5.3. The Operator takes appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including transferring data over HTTPS and restricting access to the data.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • obtain information about the processing of your personal data;
  • request correction, restriction or erasure of your personal data;
  • withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data;
  • delete your uploaded photos and try-on results in your Service account;
  • request deletion of your account by contacting the Operator at hello@cabinka.ru.

Requests are handled within the time limits established by applicable law.

7. Children

The App and the Service are not directed at children under 13, and the Operator does not knowingly collect personal data from them. If the Operator becomes aware that a child's personal data has been collected without parental consent, such data will be deleted.

8. Changes to this Policy

The Operator may update this Policy from time to time. The new version is published at the permanent address of the Policy and takes effect upon publication unless stated otherwise. Please check this page periodically for the current version.
